Torino UTC Colloquium proceedings

There are more than a few reasons why some folks may not attend the
Colloquium on UTC in Torino next month, not the least of which is

I have one question for the organizers and/or members of the ITU-R WP
7A SRG:

How will the proceedings of the colloquium on UTC in Torino be published?
