They will have access to as many as we can reconstruct. Providing this kind
of input to the various committees was one of my motivations for starting
the listserv.

The PTTI had about 160 paid attendees, who were interested in all aspects of
precise timekeeping. This was the "atomic clock crowd", with very few "real
astronomers". No votes were taken, so there is no way to quantify the
audience's opinions. I can't recall (offhand)a single speaker from the
audience who spoke in favor of "no change". However, the transcripts may
include one or two. At such meetings, it is usually the same people who
speak on almost any topic, and there is always a "silent majority".
