The REDUX Package -- Experimental
Working Draft!
Overview
The redux package is currently unavailable to others. It is a suite of
rapidly-evolving quick-look/reduction tools for LRIS spectral images.
It is still too complex and cumbersome to unleash on the world, so
please don't ask for it...
Tasks
re>
- shapeup -- rectify spectra (remove line-curvature; slit tilts)
- shipout -- extraction of spectra from rectified image
- subsky -- do a global "sky-subtraction" of a rectified image
- lprocess -- a "quick-and-dirty" bias/trim/flat-field operation
- zzz -- a "quick-and-dirty" redshift calculator
