Query form for table phonebook


You can use this form to generate a query against the data in this table. In the entry box for any field you can enter a Boolean expression indicating the value or values you require that field to match. For example, if you put = 45 in a box, then the corresponding field must equal 45 for a record to be selected. By default the first three fields will be printed. Just deselect the Print button for fields you do not want in your output, or select it for those you wish to add.
