A.4 Bugs

1. Events can be lost by keyword libraries which do not support the KTL_FDREG ioctl and in which files can asynchronously be opened or closed (e.g. those that use RPCs).

2. Only one monitor can be enabled per keyword (this is actually a KTL restriction and could be worked around at the cost of increased complexity).
