I am a currently a Hubble Fellow at the University of California, Santa Cruz. I grew up on the sunny Gold Coast in Australia, a city known for its beaches and surf culture.

I have a Ph.D. from the Institute of Astronomy, University of Cambridge (July 2011, through Trinity College), under the supervision of Max Pettini. My undergraduate degree is in physics/astrophysics from the Queensland University of Technology, supplemented by an Honours degree in physics/astrophysics from The University of Sydney.
