Dear AOL Customer:
Many AOL customers have submitted questions to us, but we have
been unable to reply by email. In these cases, email from our
computers to username@aol.com email addresses is returned with
the message that the user has blocked incoming email. According to AOL
technical support, these people have either blocked email from the three
of us in particular, or these people have blocked all Internet Email.
If you want to receive a direct email response from us, you need to
have internet email blocking turned off. Otherwise, look for your
answer in the archives!
